Buyer: The individual whose Name, Surname, Address and Contact information are specified when requesting service via www.starviptransfer.com shall be considered the Buyer.
2- Subject of the Agreement
This agreement regulates the terms and conditions for the ordering and provision of city, intercity, and airport transfer services offered by Star VIP Transfer through the website www.starviptransfer.com, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties.
This agreement has been prepared in accordance with:
• Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection,
• Highway Traffic Law No. 2918,
• Road Transport Law No. 4925,
• Regulation on Distance Contracts and relevant legislation.
3- General Terms of the Service
a) Star VIP Transfer shall provide the transfer service between the locations specified at the time and date indicated in the reservation.
b) The Buyer places the order by selecting the service details, date, time, vehicle type and any special requests via www.starviptransfer.com.
c) The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the service conditions when necessary. However, the conditions valid at the time of reservation shall prevail.
d) The website www.starviptransfer.com provides service in Turkish, English, German, and Russian. In legal interpretations, the Turkish text shall be binding.
4- Service and Payment Information
a) The Buyer creates a reservation for transfer service via www.starviptransfer.com
b) The time and location of the service shall be determined during reservation.
c) The service fee is the amount indicated in the reservation confirmation.
d) Payment can be made by cash, credit card, bank transfer, or other online payment methods.
5- Rights and Obligations of the Parties
Seller’s Rights and Obligations
a) The Seller is obliged to provide the service completely and on time.
b) The Seller must take the necessary precautions to avoid any disruption of service.
c) The Seller reserves the right to change the transfer vehicle without prior notice and without any price change when necessary. If the customer does not accept this change, they may cancel the reservation and receive a full refund. In this case, the customer shall not be entitled to any compensation.
d) The Seller may share the service with its partners for the purpose of fulfilling the service. It may also subcontract the service to other companies, contracted third parties, institutions or organisations under the specified conditions.
Buyer’s Rights and Obligations
a) The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information when making the reservation.
b) The Buyer must be ready at the starting point of the transfer at the specified time.
c) If the Buyer provides incorrect information or is late and the service cannot be provided, the Seller cannot be held liable and no refund will be made.
d) It is the Buyer’s responsibility to correctly fill out the transfer information. Any delays, failure to receive additional services, or missed flights due to the provided information are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
e) The Buyer is responsible for entering their own transfer and service details and for being present at the specified meeting point and time. (For domestic flights, at least 1 hour before departure; for international flights, at least 2 hours.) In case of delays or disputes arising from issues such as meeting time, place, pick-up time, duration, or location, the Buyer shall be liable and may not claim extra fees, or financial or emotional compensation. All such details are to be completed and followed up by the Buyer.
f) For airport pick-ups, the maximum waiting time is 45 minutes for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international flights. For return or hotel/home pick-ups, the waiting time is limited to a maximum of 15 minutes from the specified time. After this period, the Buyer cannot claim any rights or request a refund.
6- Right of Withdrawal, Changes and Cancellation Policy
a) All changes and cancellations must be communicated via email to [email protected]
b) No extra charge shall apply for date and time changes made at least 12 hours in advance.
c) Changes made less than 12 hours in advance may be subject to an additional fee.
d) Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are fully refundable.
e) Cancellations made between 24 and 12 hours in advance will be refunded 50%.
f) No refund is provided for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the service.
7- Privacy and Protection of Personal Data
a) The Seller undertakes to protect the Buyer’s personal data under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data.
b) The Buyer’s personal information will only be used for the provision of the service.
c) The Seller provides the necessary infrastructure for maximum security in credit card payments with SSL certificates. However, Star VIP Transfer accepts no liability for illegal transactions such as card theft, unauthorised charges, or malware-based unauthorised payments.
8- Inability to Provide Service
a) The Seller shall not be held responsible if the service cannot be provided due to force majeure such as weather conditions, natural disasters, war, government decisions, or strikes.
b) In such cases, the Buyer shall be offered either a refund or an alternative date.
c) The parties shall not have the right to termination or compensation if their obligations cannot be fulfilled due to force majeure.
9- Dispute Resolution
a) Turkish law shall apply to any dispute arising from this agreement, and Antalya Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
b) The Buyer may submit complaints in writing to [email protected]
10- Enforcement and Acceptance
a) This agreement enters into force when the Buyer completes a reservation via www.starviptransfer.com
b) By making a reservation through www.starviptransfer.com, the Buyer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all the terms of this agreement.
