How can I make a reservation?

To make a reservation, simply fill in the reservation form on our web page. You can also make a reservation via Whatsap, Telegram or Viber.

I can't find my destination address on your website, what should I do?

If you cannot find your destination address on our website, please complete the reservation by writing the detailed address in the note section after marking the nearest region to you.

Is there a baby seat in the car?

If you specify that you need a child seat when booking, our child seat suitable for your child's age will be placed for you. Pushchairs, child seats and booster seats are available for your babies during the transfer.

Do You Take Pets in Your Vehicles?

We carry your pets free of charge in your private transfers provided that they are in a pet carrier bag.

Will I pay any other fee other than the stated fee?

No, you will not pay more than the price you are told when you order from our web page or by phone. Airport pick-up, car parking, bridge and motorway tolls are included in our transfer prices.

What should I do if the plane is delayed?

We're tracking the aircraft with the Flight Code. In any case, the driver will be waiting for you at the airport exit.

How can I find you at the airport?

The driver will be waiting at the terminal exit gate with a sign with your name on it. If you have any problems finding the driver, please call us on our telephone number.

My luggage was lost at the airport, what should I do?

In such cases, please contact the telephone number on our website and explain the situation. The driver may wait for you, charge you extra or transfer you to the next vehicle.

Do You Have Internet in Your Vehicles?

Yes, there is internet in our vehicles.

I left something in the car, what should I do?

Items forgotten in our vehicles are delivered to our office by the driver. In such cases, you can come and collect from our office. If you want us to bring it to your hotel, an extra fee may be charged.

Can I Make Cancellation or Change?

You can cancel or change your reservation up to 12 hours in advance. You can contact us by phone or e-mail to make cancellations or changes.
